योजनेचे नांव - माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना. सुधारीत

योजनेचा उद्देश -

1) मुलींचा जन्मदर वाढविणे, लिंग निवडीस प्रतिबंध करणे, मुलींच्या शिक्षणाबाबत प्रोत्साहन तथा खात्री देणे, मुलींच्या आरोग्याचा दर्जा वाढविणे.

2) एक किंवा दोन मुली असणा-या कुटूंबाना मुलींच्या नांवे वैयक्तिक लाभ (रु.50,000/- किंवा रु.25,000/-)

माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री- सुधारीत योजनेच्या अटी व शर्ती.

1) ज्या कुटूंबाचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न रु. 8 लाखापर्यंत आहे अशा सर्व घटकातील लाभार्थ्यासाठी ही योजना लागू आहे.

2) 1 ऑगस्ट 2017 नंतरची पहिली व दुस-या अशा दोन्ही मुली लाभास पात्र राहतील.

3) दि. 1 ऑगस्ट 2017 नंतरची एकच मुलगी आहे. व मातेने/पित्याने दोन वर्षाच्या आत कुटुंब नियोजन शस्त्रक्रिया करुन प्रमाणपत्र व प्रस्ताव सादर केला आहे. अशा मुलीस रक्क्म रु.50000/- चे मुदतठेव प्रमाणपत्र देय राहील.

4) दि. 1 ऑगस्ट 2017 नंतर दोन मुली आहेत. व एक वर्षाच्या आत माता/पित्याने कुटूंब नियोजन शस्त्रक्रिया करुन प्रमाणपत्र व प्रस्ताव सादर केला आहे. अशा प्रत्येक मुलींस रु. 25000/- चे मुदतठेव प्रमाणपत्र देय राहील.

5) प्रथम जुळया मुलींनंतर कुटूंब नियोजन शस्त्रक्रिया केल्यास सदर दोन्ही मुलींना प्रत्येकी रु.25000/- लाभ देय राहील.

6) लाभार्थी कुटूंबाने लगतच्या वर्षाचा रक्क्म रुपये 8.00 लाखपर्यतचा उत्पन्नाचा दाखला व रहिवासी (अधिवास) दाखला स्थानिक तहसिलदार यांचा सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील.

7) माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री- सुधारीत योजनेचे अर्ज नजीकचे अंगणवाडी केंद्रात प्राप्त होऊ शकेल.

8) योजनेचा अंतिम लाभ घेताना मुलींचे वय 18 वर्षे पुर्ण होणे तसेच तिने 18 वर्षे पुर्ण होईपर्यत अविवाहित असणे आवश्यक राहील.

इ.5 वी ते 12 वीत शिकत असलेल्या मुलींना सायकली खरेदीचे अनुदान देणे. (सर्वसाधारण घटक), ग्रामीण भागातील इयता 7 वी ते 12 वी पर्यंत शिकणा- या मुलींना संगणक प्रशिक्षणकरीता अनुदान देणे. ग्रामीण भागातील अनुसूचित जातीतील इ.5 वी ते 12 वीत शिकत असलेल्या मुलींना सायकली खरेदीचे अनुदान देणे. (विशेष घटक योजना) व माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना या योजनांच्या निकषाची पूर्तता करणाऱ्या लाभार्थांनी योजनांचा लाभ मिळण्यासाठी अर्ज करावेत.

उपरोक्त योजनांचा लाभ पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना शासन आपल्या दारी उपक्रमांतर्गत देण्यात येत असून अजूनही या योजनेचा लाभ मिळाला नाही अशा पात्र लाभार्थ्यांनी या योजनेचा लाभ घ्यावा, असे आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.

माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना या योजनेचा लाभ मिळविण्यासाठी पात्र पालकांनी ऑनलाइन फॉर्म PDF डाऊनलोड करून किंवा योजनेच्या सबंधित कार्यालयात जाऊन योजनेचा अर्ज घेऊन आपल्या विभागातील अंगणवाडी सेविकेच्या मदतीने संपूर्ण अर्ज तपशीलवार भरून अर्जाला आवश्यक कागदपत्रे जोडून योजनेच्या सबंधित महिला व बाल विकास कार्यालयात जमा करावा.

For benefit under the said scheme, the parents of the girl child after the birth of the girl child should register the name of the girl child in the concerned Gram Panchayat / Municipality / Municipal

Corporation and submit the application in Form-'A' or 'B' to the Anganwadi Sevaki of that area. Along with Aj, proof of father being a native of the state, (residence certificate) and birth registration certificate, proof of below poverty line (ration card / birth certificate), certificate of having undergone family planning surgery after the birth of first child (daughter) if the beneficiary family is to avail Type-1 benefit. should be submitted. Also, while applying for a girl with second child, the certificate of the Vedic Officer stating that family planning surgery has been done, these documents should be submitted. All applications required for the said scheme are submitted by each Rural and Urban Child

Development Project Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Child Welfare), Zilla Parishad, will be available free of cost in the office of the District Women and Child Development Officer, Divisional Deputy Commissioner (Women and Child Development). The said application should be scrutinized by the Anganwadi Sevake and the said application should be submitted by the Anganwadi Sevake to the Supervisor / Head Sevake.

The Anganwadi Supervisor / Chief Sevaka should check the said application and the quantities and submit the combined list to the Child Development Project Officers in case of urban projects and to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Child Welfare), Zilla Parishad through the Rural Child Development Project Officers in case of rural projects for approval.

The concerned Child Development Project Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Child Welfare) will voluntarily inspect any settlement with excess population and approve the beneficiary list after their verification. After that after verifying within a period of one month, the Child Development Project Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Child Welfare) paid an amount of Rs.21,200/- to LIC. shall deposit and pay other permissible amount through check in favor of the mother of the girl concerned.
